If you're a CDL-licensed driver who enjoys interacting with people and helping make their journey smoother, join the Avis Budget Group team as a Courtesy Bus Driver at our airport locations.

In this role, you'll be one of the first and last impressions our customers haveplaying an important part in creating a positive, stress-free rental experience.

What you'll do:

• Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility.
• Greet customers, assist with loading and unloading luggage, communicate route information and stop details, and share next steps in the rental process.
• Use strong customer service skills to create a friendly, professional environment while following all safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements to ensure a comfortable and reliable ride.

What we're looking for:

• Valid U.S. commercial driver's license (CDL) (Chauffeur license may be required depending on location)
• Previous professional driving experience
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus
