We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Assistant to the Maintenance Supervisor to support our maintenance operations. This critical role requires a strong communicator with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to manage and coordinate scheduling effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication related to maintenance requests

• Maintain and update maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of work orders

• Track maintenance activities and follow up to ensure issues are resolved efficiently

• Help manage inventory of supplies and tools, and assist with ordering when necessary

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or assistant role (maintenance or facilities experience a plus)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

• Proficiency in scheduling tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, smartsheet, office suite)

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
