This full-time position serves as a starting point within mining operations and maintenance, with development opportunities into Production Miner or Fuel/Lube Technician roles. The position emphasizes safe production, MSHA compliance, hazard identification, preventative maintenance awareness, and strong team communication. Employees will receive on-the-job training to become proficient operating water trucks, haulage trucks, and fuel/lube trucks while supporting production and safety initiatives onsite.
