We are looking for an Employment Immigration Attorney to join a respected legal practice serving business immigration clients in Irvine, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with solid experience managing employment-based immigration matters in a high-volume, client-centered environment. The role offers the chance to handle complex petitions, advise clients on evolving immigration needs, and contribute to efficient case delivery while maintaining a high standard of legal service.Responsibilities:• Oversee a portfolio of employment-based immigration cases and move each matter forward with accuracy and urgency.• Prepare, file, and manage business immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, and related applications, from initial strategy through final submission.• Draft and evaluate supporting legal documents, government filings, and client correspondence to ensure completeness and compliance.• Research immigration statutes, agency guidance, and procedural updates to develop practical recommendations for client matters.• Provide clients with timely updates, clear explanations of case progress, and guidance on procedural expectations.• Work closely with legal colleagues and support staff to maintain organized workflows and meet filing deadlines.• Review case materials carefully to identify issues, resolve inconsistencies, and strengthen submission quality.• Offer direction and informal mentorship to entry-level team members or support staff when needed.
