Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, machinery, tooling, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime. Your role will involve identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues in a timely manner. Routine equipment inspections and proactive addressing of potential maintenance concerns before they affect production are crucial. You will also install, calibrate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment and machinery, while supporting facility maintenance activities, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Accurate documentation of maintenance activities and completion of work orders are essential, as is maintaining detailed service records.
