Work Environment\nAs a licensed mental health professional at our outpatient clinic, you will work primarily in a remote setting, allowing for greater flexibility in your schedule while still being integral to our everyday operations. Our business hours are designed to provide clients with accessible care, operating Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will leverage digital tools and platforms to conduct teletherapy sessions, ensuring that high-quality care is available to all clients, regardless of their circumstances.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices. \n
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to individual client experiences. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical documentation, strictly adhering to HIPAA regulations and our internal protocol to ensure client privacy and safety. \n
- Engage in collaborative case management, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and peer review discussions to continually improve therapeutic skills and share best practices. \n
- Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available treatment options. \n
- Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care through ongoing professional development and training opportunities. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active professional license in New York as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . \n
- A deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to customize care to meet the unique challenges of each client. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to build therapeutic relationships characterized by trust and empathy. \n
- Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex clinical situations effectively. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing therapeutic support to diverse populations. \n
