Job Description: Position / Specialty: PT Outpatient. Looking for a candidate with more inpatient/subacute experience. I am looking for someone who is capable in both settings (Inpatient/Outpatient) - we have a mix of OP and IP/Swing patients to care for at Allegan. Shift: 5x8 DAYS (0800-1630). Call Requirements: NONE, Weekend Requirements: NONE, Floating Requirements: Inpatient/Outpatient, Holiday Requirements: NONE. The main area will be orthopedics but also will have the possibility of caring for geriatrics, pediatrics, and vestibular patients. Guaranteed Hours: 40.

Years of experience REQ: 1 YR. First-timers accepted: YES. Locals accepted: NO - travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. Pending License accepted: YES - must be active by start date. Scrub Color: Teal Scrubs or Business Casual dress code. Charting: Redoc Modified Time: 6/15/2026 12:00:00 AM. Important Note on Beacon Assignments: Beacon is considered a sensitive account due to an increase in professional conduct concerns. Before accepting an assignment, all travelers must understand that any conduct issues including but not limited to unprofessional behavior or shift call-offs are taken very seriously. Such issues may result in immediate contract termination.

Submittal Details: Requires specific amount of exp. 1 -2 preferred experience, will accept first time travelers. Valid state license must be pending or candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya licensure project. Mile Radius Rule Applies 50 Miles. Local Rules Will not take locals. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals nearby depending on volume/census. Copy of Certifications - Traveler agrees to obtain all required certs prior to start. Will take pending certs. Charting EPIC experience required. Background Policy to be noted prior to submission Nursys only. Return Staff Policy must be gone 3 years before returning as a traveler. The travelers need to complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing for Beacon. Preferred Modules: Module hours are billable up to 8 hours, average 3-8 hours spent on modules. Modules are completed pre-start. Modules are self-reported.
