Activities Assistant (Full-Time)

The Arbor at Willistown – West Chester, PA

$18.00 per hour
Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week
Tuesday–Saturday | 9:30 AM–5:00 PM

Do you love planning events, getting creative, and making people smile? As an Activities Assistant at The Arbor Company, you'll create engaging experiences that help our residents stay active, connected, and fulfilled. This position will support either our Memory Care or Personal Care neighborhood, depending on community needs.

• You'll plan and lead engaging daily programs that promote physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-being.

• You'll create meaningful moments for residents through games, music, fitness, crafts, celebrations, outings, and special events.

• You'll build genuine relationships with residents and their families, making every day brighter.

• You'll encourage participation while adapting activities to meet the unique interests and abilities of each resident.

• You'll collaborate with the community team to deliver Arbor's exceptional resident experience.

• You'll bring creativity, enthusiasm, and fun to work every day.

• A positive, energetic, and compassionate personality.

• Experience in activities, recreation, education, event planning, customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or a related field.

• Experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating memorable experiences.
