Architectural Project Engineer (Data Center Systems) Role Description: This role will support a technical program owner while partnering closely with technical leads responsible for facility developments within large?scale data centers. In this role you will drive execution, ensuring programs are scoped, aligned, and delivered efficiently across multiple engineering disciplines. You will collaborate closely with TPMs, engineers, and leadership to streamline processes, drive accountability, and support decision-making with clear documentation and reporting. You’ll help to manage program schedules, facilitate design reviews, track progress across cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between engineering, construction, and operations. You’ll also support the development and optimization of program tracking tools and systems, helping to scale controls program management practices across the organization.Must Haves:5–7 years of experience as a Project Engineer supporting data centersBackground in Civil Engineering / Architecture with building?systems exposure (preferred), or Background in Structural Engineering experienceExperience with CAD/BIM modeling tools (Revit, SolidWorks, BIM, or similar)Ability to understand structural loading and how increased compute density impacts the built environmentStrong technical understanding of electrical engineering / background supporting electrical functionsProven ability to support and coordinate engineering programs across complex, multi-program portfoliosDemonstrated experience in managing electrical engineering deliverables, schedules, and dependenciesProficiency with engineering tracking platforms and collaboration toolsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical scenarios into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholdersNice to Haves:Experience working in data center environments or large-scale infrastructure programsBackground in construction management or working with engineering teams in high-complexity environmentsDemonstrated success in reducing technical issues, improving resolution outcomes, and influencing cross-functional teamsCertification in recognized engineering or program management frameworks Experience building or optimizing engineering tracking systems or dashboards to support program visibility and executive reportingExposure to design verification testing (DVT)Estimated Min Rate: $56.00Estimated Max Rate: $80.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
