ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Casey Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Our office is located in Old Town Sherwood near Symposium and Clancy's..
• Our office is open 8:30a - 5p M-F.
• We have nearly 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
