Overview Avir at Comfort, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is currently seeking a full time Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dedicated in‑house therapy team. Comfort provides a wide range of orthopedic and neurological services and offers opportunities to create programming in cognition, functional mobility, self-care, return to home, and more. VITAL THERAPY is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post‑acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK, dedicated to in‑house therapy and quality of care. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will collaborate with the therapy team to deliver patient‑centered care, develop and implement functional therapy programs, and support patients in achieving successful returns to home and daily life activities.
