Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project success
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Experience with metal framing and acoustical ceilings
• Ability to create and manage construction documentation
• Knowledge of construction drawings and blueprints
• Strong understanding of pre-construction processes
• Experience with change orders and scope development

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Prolog and Bluebeam software
• Knowledge of Sage Timberline

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00

Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
