Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor C&H Services of North Georgia, LLC Dalton, GA Full-Time | Exempt $75,000 – $83,000 per year (based on experience) Job Summary C&H Services of North Georgia, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair operations. This role is responsible for evaluating project scope, developing detailed quotes, managing work orders and inventory, and supervising maintenance personnel. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure efficient operations, high-quality work, and a safe, productive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct walkthroughs of maintenance and repair projects to assess scope, requirements, and feasibility. Identify and develop new service opportunities with existing customers. Prepare detailed project quotes including labor, materials, and timelines. Manage work orders, records, and reporting using Excel and ERP systems. Create and oversee purchase orders in NetSuite or similar systems. Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability and cost control. Prioritize and assign maintenance tasks based on urgency and operational impact. Allocate staffing, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution. Supervise, train, and coach maintenance personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate major repairs, upgrades, and equipment replacements. Review and approve employee timecards using ADP or similar systems. Provide operational support for industrial cleaning services as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Hands‑on experience with welding (MIG, TIG, Stick). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Strong pipefitting experience (measuring, cutting, threading, installing). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word). Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and payroll systems like ADP. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred MSHA certification or equivalent experience. OSHA 30 certification. Physical Requirements Ability to operate computers, phones, and mobile devices. Ability to sit and perform desk work for extended periods.
