Winixx is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote teams operating nationwide. Role Summary The Retail Partnership Manager develops and manages strategic relationships with auto parts buying groups, regional distributor associations, and industry partners that can accelerate Winixx vendor network growth through channel partnerships and co-selling arrangements. What You'll Do Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with auto parts buying groups, regional distributor associations, and industry organizations Negotiate co-selling and referral agreements with strategic retail channel partners Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with active retail partners Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic retail partnerships Coordinate partner marketing activities including co-branded materials, joint events, and referral campaigns Track and report on partner referral volume, activation rates, and revenue contribution Represent Winixx at national and regional auto parts industry events and conferences Work with the product team to develop partner-specific features and integration capabilities What We're Looking For 4+ years of partnership management, channel sales, or business development experience Experience in the auto parts, automotive services, or fleet services industry is strongly preferred Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills Ability to develop and execute co-marketing and co-selling programs Excellent communication and presentation skills Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field Existing relationships within auto parts buying groups or distributor associations is a significant advantage Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
