Nurse Practitioner (Morrison, IL)

Seeking an Infectious Disease Nurse Practitioner for in-person care in the Chicagoland area, based in Morrison, IL. This role offers part‑time/full‑time W2 positions with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and multi‑site exposure across skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnose, treat, and manage infectious diseases, and develop individualized care plans. Collaborate with care teams, coordinate referrals, and ensure accurate documentation to improve patient outcomes. Maintain a minimum of 12 patient visits daily, with performance bonuses available. Qualifications Active Illinois NP license, Master’s degree in Nursing, and preferred infectious disease and long‑term care experience.
