Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Missouri; please include your active license number in your application
• Previous experience delivering PT services in early childhood or school environments preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapy techniques and interventions
• Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Comfortable adapting to changing caseloads and environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, in-person physical therapy services to children in an educational setting
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans based on each child’s strengths and needs
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain timely, accurate records and comply with district and state documentation requirements
• Contribute professional insight during IEP and student evaluation meetings
• Provide training and resources to school staff when needed
