In this position, you will:
- Oversee patient care and treatments, conduct assessments, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to ensure outstanding care.
- Establish meaningful connections with patients and their families, recognizing their individual needs to aid in their recovery.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to guarantee coordinated care and provide direct patient support as necessary.
- Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting them with complex patient needs and questions.
- Celebrate the achievements and milestones reached by our patients.
- Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS certification is preferred).
- CRRN certification is a plus.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital environment.
