Temp - Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN Position

This is an ASAP start! Prefer a CLN that is already compliant or has some documents on file! This position follows TrioWFS's clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hoursvia phone and text where applicablewith decisions typically made the same day or next business day. Applicants who are looking for more than 7 days off, who are seeking more than 50% of holidays off, and/or have negative background or employment history are not eligible for the same processing timeline. If a new grad, candidate will not get the clinical interview process, they will be presented to the facility for review.

As an LPN, you'll play a hands-on role in both resident care and team leadership:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents with kindness and clinical skill
• Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants during your shift
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Accurately document care and maintain resident records
• Participate in updating care plans and supporting resident-centered outcomes
• Promote safety, infection control, and policy compliance throughout your shift
• Provide assistance with daily resident needs as required

Requirements:

• 1+ years minimum of current LPN experience - [REQUIRED]
