Operations Associate

WE'RE BUILDING SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T EXIST YET.

And we're looking for the people who want to build it with us. We're looking for full-time, curious, motivated people to join our overnight operations to help us turn what people throw away into something useful. It sounds simple. It isn't. We're creating the processes, testing what works, and we’re constantly looking for ways to make the operation better as we prepare to scale. The people who join us now will have the opportunity to grow alongside it, and hopefully, change the world in the process.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF...

You like figuring things out. You're naturally curious. You notice details other people overlook. You're comfortable getting your hands dirty. You want a job where hard work can lead to advancement. You're excited by the idea of being part of something new. You don't need someone standing over you to get the job done. You're reliable, motivated, and ready to work. You do not need previous recycling experience. We'll teach you the process. What we can't teach is curiosity, work ethic, and the desire to build something bigger than yourself. The Details Full-Time | $20/Hour | 8 PM–4 AM This is an overnight position, and the work is incredibly hands-on. You'll be standing, lifting, moving materials, and working with a team to keep the operation moving. Join WasteFree at the beginning of something NEW. Learn the operation. Help improve it. Grow with it. We're not looking for people who just want a job. We're looking for people who want to be part of what's next.
