Customer Service ConciergeWe're currently hiring for a Customer Service Concierge on behalf of one of our clients in Melbourne, FL!The Customer Service Concierge supports the on-site customer experience within a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Melbourne. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by assisting with customer movement throughout the facility, providing a professional on-site presence, and triaging customer needs or concerns to the appropriate internal teams. The position plays a key role in ensuring a positive, well-coordinated, and professional customer experience during maintenance visits and related activities.ResponsibilitiesSupport customer movement throughout the facility, including arrivals, escorts, meetings, and departures, while complying with all safety and security requirements.Provide a professional, welcoming on-site presence for customers during maintenance visits and other scheduled activities.Serve as a primary point of support for customers, responding to general questions and directing concerns to the appropriate internal focal points or teams.Assist with the coordination of customer amenities, conference rooms, transportation, and visit-related logistics to ensure a seamless experience.Communicate effectively with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience and promptly report any safety, security, or compliance concerns as required.Support customer events and special administrative projects as assigned, contributing to a high level of service and organization.Essential SkillsDemonstrated customer service skills with a positive, customer service–oriented attitude and professional image.Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or front office support roles.Active and valid driver's license.Ability to successfully complete the MLB Airport badging process.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of customers and internal stakeholders.Ability to work on-site in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an aviation, MRO, or other regulated environment.Experience supporting on-site customer visits or working in concierge-type roles.Bilingual language skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese are preferred.Familiarity with hospitality practices and customer amenities coordination.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Melbourne, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
