Temporary Office Assistant

Our client in Cameron is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to join their team. As a Temporary Office Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting with front desk operations and ensuring smooth daily activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Office Assistant

Location: Cameron, WI

Pay Range: $19/hr

Shift: 1st, One Day/Week

What's the Job?

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Manage incoming calls and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.

• Support the team with various clerical duties to maintain office operations.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite.

• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.

• Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is a plus.
