Overview
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in our Windsor Locks location. This warehouse is a distribution center for small car parts. They ship brakes, brake pads, rotors, shoes, drums and a variety of other small car parts. This is a 3rd shift overnight position (11:30pm-6:30am)
Responsibilities
- Perform picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other warehouse candidates to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for effective stocking and inventory control.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
