As our team continues to grow, we are excited to offer an on-site Staff Baby Room to support GTBC employees with infants who need a safe, nurturing space during the workday.Position SummaryWe are seeking a loving, reliable, and safety-focused Staff Baby/Toddler Room Caregiver to oversee our on-site infant room designed exclusively for the children of GTBC employees. This individual will ensure a calm, caring, developmentally appropriate environment for infants while supporting the needs of our staff and maintaining GTBCs high standards of care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive, compassionate care for infants/toddlers ages 018 months.Maintain a calm, nurturing, and safe environment with predictable routines.Follow all infant-care protocols including safe-sleep, diapering, feeding, sanitizing, and health guidelines.Track feeding, nap, and diaper schedules; maintain simple daily logs.Communicate effectively and warmly with parents (GTBC staff).Ensure the baby room is clean, organized, and stocked.Report any concerns, needs, or incidents promptly to leadership.Follow GTBC policies, confidentiality standards, and health/safety guidelines.Required QualificationsDCF 45 hours completed (or in progress and willing to complete quickly).Infant CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).CDA (Child Development Associate) credential preferred; willingness to pursue if not yet completed.Minimum 2 years of experience with infants in a childcare, nanny, or daycare setting preferred.Strong understanding of infant development, safety, and routine care.Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and perform floor-based care tasks.Background check required.Schedule & CompensationFull time; schedule aligned with GTBC staff needs.Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certifications.Eligibility for applicable GTBC employee benefits including health benefits, PTO, 403b matching plan and more.Why Join GTBC?Be part of a mission-driven organization that supports special needs families.Provide meaningful support to our own staff by caring for their babies.Join a warm, team-oriented environment where your contribution truly matters.How to ApplySubmit your application through Gusto, including your resume and a brief note describing your infant-care experience and why you believe youre a strong fit for this role.
