HR/Office Administrator (part-time, temporary) 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary assignment, providing administrative and operational support for our Marietta office as well as supporting key HR functions. 

The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a variety of HR activities in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative or early-career HR experience who is looking to broaden their exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, stocked, and operating efficiently

Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify office needs before they become issues

Order office supplies, snacks, beverages, and other workplace necessities

Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with building management regarding office issues

Set up conference rooms and common areas for meetings and events, as needed

Administrative Support

Book and manage domestic travel arrangements for new hires

Assist with expense report submission and reconciliation

Support onboarding logistics and administrative processes

Format documents, job offers, and internal communications as needed

Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling coordination

Meeting & Event Coordination

Coordinate catering orders for meetings, lunches, and company events

Assist with planning and execution of team gatherings and office events

Team Support

Serve as a resource for employee office-related needs

Communicate office updates, facility issues, and operational changes to employees

Utilize Teams and other communication tools to keep teams informed and connected

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, files, and trackers. 

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR files, including creating and filing documents

Provide general administrative and project support across HR initiatives and day-to-day operations as needed. 

Requirements

Qualifications  

High-school diploma

1+ year of experience in an administrative, office support role

Previous experience in Human Resources/ recruiting support in a plus. 

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. 

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and administrative systems. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook. 

Punctual and reliable 

Notes:

Onsite in Marietta: Tue, Thu 8:30 am- 3:30pm, Wed 8:30am-5:30pm 

Hourly Rate: $21-$25/hr

Temporary position: October- December
