ALCHEMY FACE BAR - DUAL ROLE - AESTHETICIAN & RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES - AESTHETICIAN

• Ability to perform all services provided at Alchemy Face Bar (Injection therapy services are not required)
  
• Commitment to safety and sanitation practices.
• Attends continuing education classes
• Opening and/or closing of the spa, stocking of individual stations, and spa maintenance
• Maintains a courteous and professional correspondence with client while guiding them in reaching their skincare goals
• Record detailed notes about our guests including, allergies, medications, preferences, etc.
  
• Participate in Alchemy Face Bar events and pop-ups
  

RESPONSIBILITIES- RECEPTIONIST

• Greeting everyone that comes in the store
• Check clients in and out using our company booking System
• Answering the phone and booking new appointments
• Respond to emails from clients
• Selling of products
• Multi-tasking & organization
• Supporting aestheticians when needed
• Help keep the stores clean, shelves stocked, laundry, inventory management
• Attending continuing education classes for spa products
• Opening and closing of the spa

THE MUST HAVES

• Valid aesthetician or cosmetology license in the state of Colorado
  
• Colorado Chemical Peel and Advanced Exfoliation Certifications required

• Loves to work with people in an open, collaborative environment
• Passionate about continued education and learning new techniques
• Maintaining a professional look and demeanor while working
  
• Attendance, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays *Scheduled hours below

Full Time:

Job Types- Dual Role

Part-Time Spa Aesthetician & Part-Time Spa Receptionist

Aesthetician Role: Saturdays and Sundays
Receptionist Role: Thursdays and Fridays

Aesthetician Salary:

28% - 30% on net service sales

10% on product sales

100% client gratuity

-$45,000 - $75,000 Annually

Receptionist Salary:

$21.00 - $25.00 / per hour based on experience

Physical Requirements

• Standing:Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, up to 810 hours per shift.
• Lifting:Must be able to lift and carry items up to 10-15 lbs on a regular basis. Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required with assistance or proper equipment.
• Mobility:Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and perform other physical tasks related to the role
