About the Role

We are seeking a Director, Member Success Partner who will build trusted relationships in our emerging agents markets with member agency leaders, driving engagement, platform utilization, and business growth while ensuring members fully realize the value of the Renaissance partnership. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion to support clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Serves as trusted advisor to agency leaders, helping them build scalable, efficient organizations capable of supporting long-term growth and profitability while deepening engagement and accelerating platform adoption to maximize the value of the Renaissance partnership.
• Leads high-impact interactions with member agencies, including Partnership Reviews, annual business planning, and agency-carrier strategy sessions, aligning growth opportunities, performance objectives, and mutual accountabilities.
• Acts as the primary advocate and coordinator for member agencies, partnering across Renaissance teams to proactively resolve issues, remove barriers, and deliver an exceptional member experience that drives retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Serves as host at Renaissance events, encouraging member attendance and participation.
• Attends professional association, carrier, and industry educational and networking meetings as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in years of experience and training.

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of property and casualty independent agency operations, including organizational structure, service and sales workflows, carrier management, market access, compensation and commission models, and agency financial performance.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills to simultaneously manage several projects, provide successful outcomes, and accurately document all activity in a timely manner.
• Confidently and effectively communicates with a professional demeanor through oral and written means with a diverse range of individuals both internally and externally.
• Responsive to clients' needs and fosters a positive experience through a clear understanding of a client's situation, perception, and expectation. Client is the focal point of all decisions related to delivering products, services, and experiences to create customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.
• Relational - builds strong, trust-based relationships through authenticity, empathy, and clear, respectful communication.
• Adaptable - demonstrates adaptability by navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs with agility.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of agency management systems such as Vertafore AMS360, Applied Epic and EZLynx is a plus.
