Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Location:  Onsite in Katy, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
Employment Type: Part-time

Kelly is seeking a dependable  Warehouse Associate to support overnight warehouse operations. This part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Load trucks with materials according to work orders and schedules.
• Verify load accuracy, weight specifications, and product type before dispatch.
• Operate loadout equipment, including conveyors, loaders, pumps, or automated systems.
• Monitor loading processes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and issues.
• Inspect trucks and loading areas for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Complete required documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and DOT regulations.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift approximately 10–40 pounds .
• Prior forklift experience a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors or in industrial environments.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled Monday–Friday overnight shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Dress Code and PPE

• Steel-toe shoes or boots required.
• Pants or shorts with belt loops required.
• Additional personal protective equipment will be provided or required according to site safety policies.
