Description Responsibilities and Duties Aid drivers in navigating routes and finding customers. Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor. Collects residential refuse, recyclable materials, yard waste, and bulky waste items such as furniture. Cleans area around collection containers and trucks during route collection. Operates packer blade mechanism to compress refuse. Maintain knowledge of operating trucks and other loading equipment safely. Directs traffic and guides truck operations in congested areas of the collection route. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications Any combination of education and experience is equivalent to completion of high school. Ability to lift, push or pull weights over 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
