Industrial Mechatronics Maintenance Specialist

A day in this roleYou start with a quick walk-through of the production floor, checking vibration, heat, and sounds from key assets. Preventive tasks are queued up, so you lubricate bearings, inspect belts, and verify safety interlocks. Mid-morning, a conveyor goes down—you isolate the fault, read the schematic, meter the circuit, swap a failed component, and bring the line back up with minimal downtime.
