Full-Time Case Aide

Social Services is now accepting applications to be considered for an open position as a Full-Time Case Aide.

Starting Salary: $25.43 per hour – Full salary range is: $25.43-$35.33 per hour

Status: Non-Exempt | Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM with some nights and evenings

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree or a two-year college or technical school certification and 1-3 years of prior work-related experience OR 3-5 years of prior experience in lieu of degree.
• Driver's license
• Successfully complete a background investigation

Application Information

• If you are an eligible military veteran and wish to claim Veteran's Preference, you must present a legible photocopy of your DD214 form to the Office of Human Resources. All veterans who are certified will be considered for appointment.

Duties and Essential Functions

• Supervise family visit at the request of Social Transport children or other family members for family visits, appointments and other reasons as requested by Social Worker.
• Discovery Upon request, case files will be prepared and scanned to electronic system. Case Manager/staff will redact information. Upon completion of redactions, information will be distributed to parties.
• E-filing court reports and case plans for Social E-filing ICWA notices and certified mail receipts as necessary.
• Distribute credit reports to agency Social Workers for documentation
• Track Oral Drug Screening Testing and prepare vouchers for payment
• This position may also be assigned case aide duties to assist other divisions within the department as needs arise.
