Assistant Project ManagerTA Services Group is a full-service installation contractor that caters to industrial clients.ResponsibilitiesWork multiple projects and tasks at onceOrganize and review project scopes, drawings, and specificationsCollect safety documents weekly from field personnelPrint large scale construction drawings and installation documentsRequest pricing from vendors and suppliersWrite proposalsAssist in executing project plans and schedulesCoordinate with subcontractorsAttend and document project meetingsSupport onboarding of new field team membersProcess change order requestsQualificationsElectrical construction experience required.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-taskAble to work both independently and within a team2-5+ years of industrial or mechanical construction experienceExperience working in an office settingAccubid or estimating experience a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written communicationEssential FunctionsMust be capable of walking throughout a large manufacturing plant for required meetings and other required duties. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check and motor vehicle report (MVR) according to company and client policies.
