Candidate must have completed at least one assignment with the current agency and possess experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The RN performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, participates in patient rehabilitation programs, initiates discharge planning, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The role includes supervising ancillary staff, maintaining communication with management, and contributing to a positive work environment through team building activities.
