The position includes a generous $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance.

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation: The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities to design individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Interventions: The Physical Therapist will deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments to assist patients in restoring strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team-physicians, nurses, and other therapists-to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Progress Tracking: Regularly monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal recovery.
• Patient & Family Education: Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support rehabilitation after discharge.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Experience: Inpatient experience required.
• Licensure: Valid Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or an active compact license.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
