Position Overview

Provide anesthesia coverage in an ambulatory surgery center setting

CRNA-only practice model

Clinical Scope Highlights

Case types include pain management, ENT, orthopedics, endoscopy, and general surgery

Regional block experience required

Average 4-6 cases per provider per day; 2 rooms

Patient ages: 6 months to 100 (healthy)

Required Qualifications

Active Indiana license

Board Certified

ACLS, BLS, PALS

Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing / Onboarding Items

Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks (as documented)
