Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. Apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Support children in reducing interfering behaviors and promoting independence. Collaborate with a team to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to empower each child’s development.
