We offer competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.If you're motivated to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a supportive, team-centered environment, we'd love to hear from you.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFront Office CoordinationGreet patients and visitors warmly and professionally to create a welcoming environment.Manage patient scheduling and coordinate therapist calendars.Assist with check-in, check-out, and insurance verification.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.Support daily clinic operations, including supply management, documentation, and communication with patients and providers.Rehab AideAssist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.Assist with patient care activities under the direction of licensed therapists, as appropriate.Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of therapy spaces.Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Experience in healthcare administration, office coordination, customer service, or therapy support preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive.Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-centered during busy or stressful situations.Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork.InReach is an E-Verify employer.
