Marshfield Medical Center in Marshfield, Wisconsin has an opportunity for a BC/BE Urologist who is eager to participate in a multi-specialty group practice that provides patient-centered care rooted in evidence-based medicine. • Comfortable shared 1:4 rotating call schedule
• Well-supported by APC providers
• Da Vinci Xi robot, Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Busy department with high patient volumes
• Team collaboration w/complete radiology and lab, 24/7 Interventional Radiology support

Compensation and Benefits

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation of $800,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
