Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years' experience as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution General Responsibilities Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery Legal research as directed by attorneys Electronic filing of documents in state and federal courts Prepare exhibits and supporting documents for motions, depositions, trials Assist in managing calendar of court deadlines Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors Perform other administrative tasks and general office support #J-18808-Ljbffr BRODY & SHEMWELL, APC
