Appian Developer

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer with expertise in Appian BPM development, integrations, and technical leadership . The ideal candidate should have Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certifications and experience in leading distributed engineering teams . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Appian and web-based applications . Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as needed. Work with business users to translate requirements into technical designs. Map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse. Build critical Appian-based applications and associated integration components. Develop applications in Appian BPM and integrate with external systems. Solve complex problems and estimate Appian business requirements . Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models . Must-Have Skills Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified . Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers . Experience in multiple integrations with external systems . Ability to scope Appian projects effectively. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
