Licensed Master Electrician Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Master Electrician Manager to oversee our electrical department. This leadership role involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes, and supervising a team of electricians. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the electrical department, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to code.
• Manage and supervise a team of licensed electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and execute electrical work according to project specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine resource needs and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections, permits, and compliance records.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues on-site or in the planning phase to ensure timely resolution.
