Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Job Description HVAC service work is booming and we are busier than ever!!! We're recruiting 5 full-time Techs for our large, well-respected Commercial HVAC service division. This division provides maintenance, repairs and replacement services for commercial buildings using a variety of equipment. Who we need: We are looking for seasoned Commercial HVAC Technician with the following skills and attributes: 1 year min experience required. Capability of diagnosing systems and the ability to follow up with a proposal to rectify problems as found. Past history supervising junior HVAC technicians, preferred but not required. Able to build positive relationships with customers. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Detailed and organized professional. Engaging personality with exceptional customer service Ability to work overtime and weekends; preferred but not required. Requirements: Clean DMV record / Valid Driver's License. Enjoy and embrace technology. EPA Certification. Required to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds and utilize ladders. Quality customer service and communication skills HVAC schooling or certifications are a plus.
