Responsibilities of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to:
• Distribute all incoming AP mail
• File expense and freight invoices as needed
• Complete credit applications
• Send out tax information when required
• Collect W-9's
• Assist with obtaining approvals for invoices over $250.00
• Collect invoices for accountants as needed
• Other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator include, but are not limited to:
• 2 years of general office clerk experience required
• Great organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Computer literate
• Accounting experience preferred, but not required
