Engineering Technician

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing support, is seeking a Engineering Technician to join their team. As a Engineering Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $19.5

Shift: Days, Evenings (14:00-00:30)

What's the Job?

• Support daily manufacturing operations ensuring high equipment availability

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving equipment, fixtures, software, and test systems

• Respond promptly to equipment alarms, failures, and process interruptions

• Diagnose root causes of equipment and process issues and implement corrective actions

• Build, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain production fixtures and test equipment

What's Needed?

• Associates degree in a technical field or at least 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering support or maintenance

• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, automated systems, or production test equipment

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical systems

• Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues systematically

• Hands-on experience performing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
