Position Overview
The Controller (Manufacturing) will oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing division, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial in driving financial strategy and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations within the manufacturing division.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls related to financial reporting.
• Coordinate and oversee cost accounting functions to analyze manufacturing costs and profitability.
• Support the implementation and use of ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP for financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with inventory management and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems, such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
