About the TeamThe Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy and a positive Consumer, Merchant and Dasher experience. Dasher & Logistics owns initiatives that touch all parts of the Dasher life cycle ranging from supply & demand, to cost & quality, to Dasher pay, to Dasher retention, to order batching and beyond. We care about metrics like delivery times, cost per order, delivery quality, dasher compensation, and many more!About the RoleWe are hiring an Associate Manager to help lead strategy and execution for our Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets, the growing set of cities, states, and countries where Dasher pay, benefits, and working conditions are shaped by minimum earnings guarantees, pay transparency requirements, and other logistics specific regulation. You'll own a portfolio of KRs across some of our highest priority business problems by getting into the weeds to understand what's happening on the ground, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, developing and testing hypotheses, and partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to life at scale. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
