The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, managing patient treatment plans, and collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.Caring for Med/Surg patients in a team-oriented environmentPerforming standard nursing skills, including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertions/maintenance, and central line maintenanceAdministering medications and documenting patient care in the electronic health recordsCommunicating clearly with all members of the care teamRequired: 1+ years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last yearCapability to care for 4-6 patients at a timePreferred: 2+ years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last yearBackground in orthopedic or neurosurgery is advantageous; Med/Surg/Telemetry experience is acceptableThe ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive demeanor with a patient-centered and team-focused approach.Current RN licenseShifts will typically include rotating weekends, with flexibility required for travel nurses.Scrub attire is required.
