divh2Movers/Laborers/h2pServpro of New Hanover is now hiring: Movers/Laborers for our Wilmington location./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPacking contents, moving furniture, cleaning structure contents post water/fire/mold damage./liliPrepare rooms/areas for work activities (such as demo, packing, cleaning, etc.). Set up staging area and equipment for each project./liliCommunicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes./liliPerform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance/liliUnload trash/equipment from work vehicles and plan and load for next day./li/ulh3Position Requirements/h3ulliValid drivers license REQUIRED/liliAbility to successfully complete a background check with clear criminal history subject to applicable law/li/ulh3Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies/h3ulliAbility to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance/liliAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)/liliAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects/liliAbility to work with/around cleaning agents/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive compensation/liliHealth/Dental/Vision Insurance/liliPTO @ 6 months/lili401k/liliCareer progression/liliProfessional development/li/ulpPay: Based on experience/ppEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
