Position Overview
Join a physician-led Neonatology organization with nearly 30 years of experience supporting a growing Children's program. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, excellent support staff, and the ability to focus on high-quality neonatal care.
Practice Highlights- Level II NICU with 18 beds
- Approximately 3,300 annual deliveries
- Responsibilities include NICU management and high-risk deliveries
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
- Dedicated Respiratory Therapists, OB Hospitalists, and Pediatric Hospitalists
- 24-hour in-house coverage model
- Full-time schedule options available
- Additional shifts compensated above base rate
- $60,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Relocation assistance
- PTO with buy-back program
- $5,000 CME allowance
- Occurrence-based malpractice
