Position Overview

Join a physician-led Neonatology organization with nearly 30 years of experience supporting a growing Children's program. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, excellent support staff, and the ability to focus on high-quality neonatal care.

Practice Highlights

Level II NICU with 18 beds
Approximately 3,300 annual deliveries
Responsibilities include NICU management and high-risk deliveries
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
Dedicated Respiratory Therapists, OB Hospitalists, and Pediatric Hospitalists

Schedule & Compensation

24-hour in-house coverage model
Full-time schedule options available
Additional shifts compensated above base rate
$60,000 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation assistance
PTO with buy-back program
$5,000 CME allowance
Occurrence-based malpractice

Requirements

BC/BE Neonatology
NRP Certified
New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
