Inspection & Fulfillment

OVERVIEW: W.C. Russell Moccasin Co. Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist works under the Operations Manager to perform product inspection and shipping operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for a variety of tasks at Russell Moccasin pertaining to quality control, boxing, inventory management and order fulfillment. The goal during the training phase for this position is to become proficient and consistent in the processes of each of these operations. The Inspection and Fulfillment Specialist is assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities by the Operations Manager. A general scope of the processes included in the position are provided below:

INSPECTION OPERATIONS

• Quality control

• Finishing processes

• Final boxing and packaging

SHIPPING AND RETURNS OPERATIONS

• Accepting and processing returns

• Fulfilling orders

• Inventory management

1. REQUIRED EDUCATION

   1. Education Required: Highschool Diploma or GED

1. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

   1. No prior experience required. 

1. REQUIRED SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

   1. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues inside and outside of the company

   2. Professionalism in production environment

   3. Excellent work ethic

   4. An eye for detail

   5. Ability to follow standard operating procedures
