Your responsibilities will include:Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out processManaging reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in personHandling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management systemResolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when neededCoordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfactionPromoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriateMaintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environmentRequirementsWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who's sharp, personable, and ready to grow.
